Meanwell RCB-1600-24 is a 1600W AC/DC single output Rack Mountable Front End Battery Charger with 28.8V27.6V55A1584W23.5-30V180~550Ah<45mA. The item is designed 1U low profile (41mm) and built-in PFC functions. Additionally, it has an intelligent charger with embedded programmable charging curves. The users could adjust the charging voltage and current via the built-in potentiometer, output programmable functions, PMBus, or CANBus to charge different types of batteries, such as lead-acid batteries and li-ion batteries. At the same time, RCB-1600-24 supplies the various protection mechanisms like Battery under voltage, Battery no connection, Short circuit, Over voltage and Over temperature. Apart from them, temperature compensation function is provided to assure the normal and safe operations. The rack-mountable feature allows Meanwell RCB-1600-24 to perfectly suit the charging, backup or constant current source applications under the rack architecture or central management.
