Meanwell PHP-3500 Series is a 3500W single-output slim type power supply with 60mm low profile design. By adopting the full range 90~264VAC input, the entire series provides an output voltage line of 24V and 48V.In addition to the high efficiency up to 96%, PHP-3500 Series operates from -30℃~ +70℃ under air convection without fan. As It takes unique fanless water cooling method. Compared with the traditional power supply using fan cooling, there is neither fan noise nor the problem of power failure caused by fan failure, which greatly improves the reliability of the power supply. Apart from them, PHP-3500 has built-in PMBus communication protocol and optional CANBus communication protocol. Combined with Meanwell HMI and the built-in digital controller, the electrical parameters can be monitored synchronously to meet the client's requirements for power management. What’s more, PHP-3500 has the complete protection functions and 2G anti-vibration capability and equipped with automatic load shedding, remote power on/off control, auxiliary power output, active current sharing design and built-in ORing field effect crystal to support output parallel connection. At the same time, it complies with the international safety regulations such as TUV BS EN/EN62368-1, UL .62368-1, and design refers to BS EN/EN61 558-1 and BS EN/EN60335-1. Considering its powerful performance, high reliability, and long lifespan, Meanwell PHP-3500 Series serves as a high performance power supply solution for various industrial applications such as industrial-grade laser process equipment, solid-state microwave communication, food processing equipment, battery charging equipment and other applications that require high-power power supplies (above 10,000 watts).
